Colin Noyes is the Director of International Ministries and is based in Brisbane, Australia. As a member of the CoachNet Senior Leadership Team, he works with an international team to design and field test creative church development strategies and train and equip denominational leaders, pastors and ministry leaders in church health, growth and reproduction. Colin has been in full-time ministry for thirty years and is an experienced pastor, college lecturer, consultant and coach to denominational leaders, local church pastors, consultants and coaches in the areas of multiplication movements, church health, church growth, organic churches, leadership development, team building and coaching. He has devoted his life and ministry to multiplying healthy disciples, groups, and churches for a greater harvest across his nation and beyond.

Yolanda Barquera serves as the CoachNet Espanol Director and works with the hispanic countries to promote CoachNet access and its resources. She also collaborates with NCD in Mexico in seminaries, elaboration and distribution of related materials, data processing activities and ministry development. She is a Systems Engineer with and MBA and has a certification as an International Coach. Additionally, Yolanda attends her business focused on Human Resources development and Coaching. Recently she carried out the translation of the Coaching 101 to spanish.

David Chiu, Director of Chinese Ministries, has served as a church planter, pastor, denominational church planting director and supervisor, and church growth consultant. In addition to his role as the chairperson of the Canadian Church Planting Assessment Centre, David has taught at Regent College (Vancouver) and several other seminaries and Bible colleges. He has also served as the Doctor of Ministry Program Director (North America) for the Alliance Bible Seminary in Hong Kong. He recently founded OnTrack Ministry, a consulting and leadership development organization to support church leaders, especially the Chinese. David is a frequent speaker and consultant, as well as co-author of several written works with Bob Logan. He is associated with the Institute of Natural Church Development, as International Consultant to the National Partners and as Ethnic NCD Partner in North America (Chinese).

Christoph Schalk directs the international consultant projects of the Institute for Natural Church Development. He is also the scientific and statistical director of the Institute and develops resources for church development.
