Jonathan Reitz is Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of CoachNet Global. After a 15 year career in the broadcasting business, Jonathan entered full time service to the church. Since then, he has worked with hundreds of leaders, congregations and organizations in a variety of areas, including:
• leadership development & training,
• coaching & coach training,
• stewardship & generosity, and
• church health & mulitiplication.

He has worked as a generosity coach, as a church planter, speaker and workshop presenter, and as a strategic planning partner for congregations & denominations across North & South America. He's also a huge fan of the TV show "Lost", both for entertainment and the spiritual conversations it engages.

Jonathan and Joyce Reitz live in Cleveland, Ohio with daughter Julia. Their family enjoys the Cleveland Indians, music, cooking, and health & fitness.

Tara Miller serves as a writer and resource developer for CoachNet. She has co-authored Making Life Count, From Followers to Leaders, and Finding the Flow as well as helping write numerous other books, articles and resources. Rebecca Dorsey Sok serves as a Resource Developer for CoachNet International. She is passionate about helping people process principles in ways that result in contextualized applications. Her strategic thinking and creative abilities help move projects forward. Rebecca draws from her experience as the Leadership Program Coordinator at a university in Eastern Europe, as well as her degrees in Organizational Communication (B.A., George Fox University) and in Higher Education and Organizational Change (M.A., University of California, Los Angeles).
