Bob Logan is President of CoachNet International Ministries. An internationally recognized authority in church planting, church growth and leadership development, Bob develops innovative strategies to cultivate healthy, reproducing church movements worldwide. His current areas of focus are coaching, speaking, and developing leaders in missional, incarnational contexts. Tom Clegg serves as President of CoachNet North America to initiate innovative strategies for the rapid development of church planting movements across the continent and to make Jesus Christ a living option in the western world.
Michelle Dodd serves as General Manager for CoachNet. Her tenure with Bob Logan began in 1991. During this time she has held a variety of roles, from Desktop Publisher to manager of our Member Services and Finance Departments. In 2004 Michelle accepted the position of General Manager, and now oversees the day-to-day operations of the company.
Laura Jedlick joined the CoachNet team early in 2004 and currently serves as CoachNet's Coach Certification Administrator. In addition to being a CoachNet Certified Coach, Laura is an Affiliate Member of the International Coach Federation, and is a tremendous asset to our coaching staff.
Jeannette Buller Slater, a CoachNet certified coach, has been coaching and training Christian leaders, denominational executives, pastors and church planters since 1984. She has done extensive research in the areas of cell-celebration churches, church planting, and leadership development and has served in leadership in two cell-celebration church plants. A Natural Church Development coach and coach trainer, Jeannette has coached numerous churches through the NCD process and has developed many resources for NCD. She is also a Grip-Birkman certified coach. She has co-authored The Cell Church Planter's Guide with Bob Logan and has contributed to other publications including Releasing Your Church's Potential, Coaching 101, Coaching 101 Handbook, and CoachNet web resources. She is an ordained minister in the Mennonite Church (USA). Her present responsibilities for CoachNet focus on NCD and Organizational Quality Management.
Tara Miller serves as a writer/resource developer for CoachNet. She helped write and edit Coaching 101, Be Fruitful and Multiply, Developing Coaching Excellence, and The Cell Church Planter's Guide, as well as numerous articles and other resources. Tara draws from her ministry experience as a small groups pastor and from her educational background in Bible (B.A.) and English (M.A.).
Yolanda Barquera serves as the CoachNet Espanol Director and works with the hispanic countries to promote CoachNet access and its resources. She also collaborates with NCD in Mexico in seminaries, elaboration and distribution of related materials, data processing activities and ministry development. She is a Systems Engineer with and MBA and has a certification as an International Coach. Additionally, Yolanda attends her business focused on Human Resources development and Coaching. Recently she carried out the translation of the Coaching 101 to spanish.
Colin Noyes is the Director of CoachNet - South Pacific Ministries based in Brisbane, Australia. He has had extensive ministry experience as a youth pastor, a solo pastor and a member of the Senior Leadership Team of a large church. In addition he has been a visiting lecturer at a number of Bible Colleges teaching in the areas of church health, church growth, church planting and leadership development. He also has a wide experience as a consultant/coach to consultants, denominational leaders, local church pastors and church planters in the areas of church health and growth, leadership development, and team building. He is the founder of ResourceZone, a ministry that publishes a wide range of quality national and international resources, and is today responsible for research and development for this ministry. As a church leader he has devoted his life and ministry to multiplying healthy disciples, groups, and churches for a greater harvest across his nation and beyond.
Christoph Schalk directs the international consultant projects of the Institute for Natural Church Development. He is also the scientific and statistical director of the Institute and develops resources for church development. He started "ACTS," a training center for prospective church planters, leaders, and consultants. Christoph has written several books, including The Implementation Guide to Natural Church Development (co-authored with Christian A. Schwarz), which has been translated into several languages, How to Use The 3 Colors of Ministry in a Mentoring Relationship and How to Implement The 3 Colors of Ministry in Your Church, a strategic resource for the implementation of gift-oriented ministry in churches.
