Now you're ready to improve your minimum factor. The first aim of this stage is to end up with written NCD qualitative goals and strategies that address the issues contributing to a minimum factor. The second aim is to help the church health team understand and incorporate the growth forces into their implementation plan. Summary:
- Conduct action planning workshop(s) to set qualitative goals and growth force strategies (The action planning workshop will include 2-6 below)
- Introduce participants to the basic growth force principles
- Clarify the 3-5 key issues to address
- Set specific qualitative goals and growth force strategies
- Determine timeline and budget for accomplishing goals
- Form workgroups to spearhead each initiative
- Ensure ownership of the plan by church leadership, church health team and ministry leaders
- Schedule times for evaluation, celebration and mid-course corrections during implementation process
- Communicate progress and prayer needs
