2. What kind of personal information do you collect?

During registration a user is required to give contact information. We only collect personal information (name, address, email, phone, timezone and denomination). Financial information (credit card number) is used for processing your subscription but is not stored.

The information you provide to us through this website is used for the purposes of processing submission made by you and responding to comments or questions you may have. Financial information (credit card number) is used for processing your subscription but is not stored.

4. What information may be shared with third parties?

We do not buy, sell or trade any information members submit to us. Our databases are secure.

CoachNet has an alliance with ChurchSmart Resources (book publisher and USA National Partner for NCD) so occasionally we will assist one another in contacting an individual client in order to serve you better.

Because we attempt to network leaders, we may refer another Christian leader to you if you have an area of expertise that is being sought after.

7. What are "cookies" and why do you use them on your site?

A cookie is a small text file containing a unique identification number that is transferred from a web site to the hard drive of your computer so that the site administrator may identify your computer and passively track its activities on the web site. This unique number identifies your Web browser to our computer system whenever you logon to the CoachNet website. A cookie will not allow a Web site to learn any personally identifiable information (such as your real name and address) that you have not otherwise disclosed.

Cookies allow CoachNet to automatically remember your Web browser when you logon to our site. To help serve you better, CoachNet generally uses cookies to:
* keep track of your preferences and other activity on the Site
* enhance your experience on the Site
* deliver content specific to your membership in specific networks
* save your password
* save other personal information so you do not have to reenter it each time you visit the Site.

8. How are IP addresses and server logs used?

Like most standard Web site servers we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.

9. What information would you make available incase of legal fraud?

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site.

10. What security measures are in place (firewalls, encryptions etc) to protect user information?

The site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. We encrypt all of your personal and financial information as it travels over the Internet and we store your financial information on our servers in encrypted form. Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computer networks which may be located outside of the state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction in which you reside, and the country or jurisdiction in which these computer networks are located may not have privacy laws as protective as the laws in your country or jurisdiction.

11. Do you allow third-party advertising on your website?

We have chosen not to allow third party advertising on the CoachNet website. This includes any posts made by members on the Forums. All monies are generated by membership sales only.

12. How does your privacy policy apply to links I find taking me to other websites?
