CoachNet empowers people to develop and multiply healthy leaders, networks and churches.

Coaching

As our name implies, CoachNet believes that coaching is essential for effective ministry. Based on qualitative research, we have developed an easily transferrable model for coaching, along with tools that allow both new and experienced coaches to improve their coaching effectiveness.

CoachNet offers:

  • Personal coaching for church planters, pastors, and denominational and mission executives
  • Specialized coaching geared toward denominational church multiplication efforts
  • Coaching for churches and denominations through NCD implementation
  • Coaching guides for church planters and pastors
  • Guidance for growing and leading a coaching movement
  • Tools to design and implement coaching systems
  • A coach training model based on qualitative research
  • Coach training seminars and resource materials
  • NCD coach training
  • Responsiveness-- we listen to what you need and then help you meet your need

For example, a denominational group wanted to see Natural Church Development coaches raised up to facilitate the growth of healthy churches. CoachNet's team worked with leaders to identify and train coaches in a reproducible process, then walked with them through their first coaching assignments in the NCD cycle. By empowering the denomination's own coaches and giving them the necessary training material, CoachNet has facilitated the group's self-sufficiency. They are now able to train their own leaders so their churches will have skilled coaches for future NCD cycles.
