Consulting

Consulting helps leaders discern where they are, where God wants them to go, and what strategies they can use to get there.

We specialize in guiding leaders toward finding creative solutions that fit their unique ministry situations. Virtually all of the services CoachNet offers can be tailored to meet the needs of individual ministries. Here are just a few of the ways we contextualize:

  • creating unique, need-based training programs
  • helping design and implement church planting movements that will fit individual cultural contexts
  • forming in-house coaching systems that will provide long-term solutions to filling the leadership void
  • offering customized online capability

Examples of consulting work CoachNet has done:

  • CoachNet, in cooperation with a network of key denominational leaders, developed comprehensive checklists and coaching guides organized around their group's 5-point philosophy of ministry. Having a system that was specifically tailored to their denominational framework helped them preserve and promote the unique flavor of their ministry.
  • The pastor of a small, non-denominational church began reading cell church literature and felt drawn to the ministry paradigm. His congregation had always valued the strong sense of community in their church. Yet the pastor was unsure how or if they could incorporate cell church principles into their own, already established church. He contacted CoachNet to find a consultant with extensive experience in the cell church movement. She helped the church leadership assess their current church structure and values, and then worked with them as they clarified what God was calling them to do. After the church voted to transition into the cell church model, the CoachNet consultant helped them strategize and plan for a successful transition.
