We in New Jersey are extremely excited about working with CoachNet North America on the implementation of a reproducible Coach Certification system. We have learned much from our experience of rolling out Natural Church Development in the conference and forming coaching clusters. We have discovered that the key to NCD’s success in our area is having well-trained coaches who can help a local church navigate the process.
