What are the benefits of an Online Coach Assessment?

Feedback. When you received your training as a coach, you probably received supervised feedback to help you unlearn old habits and learn new ones. Where is your feedback coming from now?

Pinpoint areas for improvement. Identify the specific microskill(s) where you can improve, and design a personalized plan to increase your competence in this area. For example, if you are a competitive swimmer, you need to look at all aspects of your performance. You may discover that where you are losing time is in the turns...so you can work on that dimension to improve your capacity as a swimmer. Same for coaching.

The Online Coach Assessment offers valid, research-based information about your skill level. In addition to a self-assessment we highly recommend that you get the opinions of those you are coaching and of others who have observed your coaching. The Online Assessment will incorporate feedback from as many as seven additional people (coachees, peers, and/or supervisors) offering full 360-degree capabilities.

As feedback is received, results are immediately available online to view, print or email.
