Course #602 How to Build Your Coaching Business follows on the heels of Course #601 Launching a Coaching Practice, and this time it’s personal. (This course was formerly listed as course #404.)
Your coaching practice is open for business. But is is working? Are you making the most of your opportunities? Does your niche match your coaching passion and experience?
This course starts with the ICF Code of Ethics and Professional Standards and works with tangible metrics that will tell you if your business is reaching it’s potential.
Over these four sessions, you’ll evaluate your skills as a coach, your business plan, your marketing materials and your customer pipeline. Don’t have these things? Use Course #602 How to Build Your Coaching Business to develop them!
The course focuses on two of the 11 ICF Core Coaching Competencies:
- #1—Meeting Ethical Guidelines and Professional Standards &
- #2—Establishing the Coaching Agreement
- 4 60 minute sessions
- 4 coach-specific training hours
- One of the core courses in 600 cnPractice.
- 2-3pm Eastern Tuesdays
