406 Coaching Discipleship Pathways (June 2015-TURBO)

Tuesday, June 9, 2015

People develop at different rates and under different stimuli.  Coaches are committed to walking alongside a client so that they develop as quickly and as effectively as possible!

In this TURBO format course, you’ll learn how to work with a client so the client develops, but also so that the pathways that are most effective for that client become clear.  This is the key to repeating your effectiveness as a coach.

Learn to draw the details of developmental pathways out of your clients and to leverage that insight so that your clients achieve the maximum they can out of all of your coaching conversations!

This course focuses on the following ICF Core Coaching Competencies:
#2—Establishing the Coaching Agreement,
#8—Creating Awareness,
#9—Designing Actions,
#10—Planning and Goal Setting, and
#11—Managing Progress and Accountability.

    •    This course uses CoachNet’s 4C Pathway:  Character, Calling, Competency & Culture as an example of a developmental pathway that coaches might use.
