Coaching for Fundamentals equips you with coaching skills to make a difference--both in your life and for the people you'll coach. When you've completed this training, you'll have a fundamental understanding of coaching and coaching skills. Best of all, you'll know exactly WHEN is the right time to coach and when to do something else!
This course focuses on the core skills needed to coach effectively. Classroom instruction focuses on a repeatable process for coaching and the skills required to deliver a high quality coaching experience.
Coaching for Fundamentals is equivalent to cnStandard, CoachNet’s flagship coaching skill development experience. CoachNet has formed a unique and strategic partnership with Ashland Theological Seminary for greater Kingdom impact.
It will take place for two days at the Detroit Campus of Ashland Theological Seminary on September 27-28, 2013.
Coaching for Fundamentals also has an optional Coach Mentor Relationship (additional cost, see Recommended Items, below), which builds a baseline of coaching competence and polishes the high quality coaching skills that you learn in this course. PLUS you'll do practice coaching on the ground with your first (unpaid) clients!
