Coaching Leaders in Review: Team or Individual?

In an article on the Alban Institute's website, John Wimberly makes the argument that team goals have to replace individual goals in evaluating the health of your congregation.

Coaching a team member must follow similar guidelines.  If you're working with your staff, how can you use powerful questions to ensure that each team member understands how their contribution connects with what the congregation is trying to accomplish.  How can you make those connections clearer and stronger?
