What is an intentional relationship? That's an excellent question.
We spend an enormous amount of time talking about relationships. We watch movies and TV shows about them. We read about them. We work on them. We take them for granted. We talk, watch & read more about them. Relationships are EVERYWHERE. In fact, relationships are maybe the only thing that EVERYBODY's got.
And really, when you think about it...everything in a life that follows Jesus comes down to how we treat each other.
Every. Single. Thing.
Jesus sent the disciples out two-by-two for a reason. All this starts with a relationship.
But not just any relationship...
You've heard it said that coaching relationships have a purpose and a focus...
You've heard it said that coaching relationships facilitate change...
You've heard it said that coaching relationships multiply something--capacity, disciples, leaders, groups, ministry, churches...
But first and foremost...coaching relationships are relationships. It takes two to, uh, coach? (Well yes, at least two...)
How are you making sure that your coaching relationships are at their core healthy, God honoring relationships?
