Hi!  Jonathan Reitz from CoachNet here.  I'm CoachNet's CEO, and when you read this blog, it's my voice & thoughts that you're reading here.  Thanks for sharing your life and ministry with me and the CoachNet Team.  Please know that we pray for you on a regular basis and will continue to do that!

CoachNet LogoToday we enter a new era.  Welcome to the new CoachNet!  Want to see what's new?

It's been over a dozen years since CoachNet launced.  Bob Logan and his team launched CoachNet to come alongside church planters and other ministry leaders.  You can read the seashore vision that got all this going herePlease join me in thanking & congratulating Bob and all the members of the CoachNet Team over the years.  Well done, good and faithful servants!  Now it's one thing for me to say that to you, but please know that the everyone connected to CoachNet now and in the future will celebrate with you when you hear those words in heaven.  Because you're going to!

Now in April 2011, we've refocused and redefined our vision & mission as we enter this new era.   I, and the CoachNet Team, are still committed to supporting church planters and resourcing leaders in new churches.  But after a season of prayer & discernment, we've added a new mission and values to our commitments to you.

The new site you're seeing today is the result of 13 months of work.  Over 60 different people spoke into the process of redeveloping CoachNet-- from church planters to local pastors to web developers to SEO professionals to CoachNet team members to our coaching clients to coaches in training to our longtime site users.  Thank you for all the feedback.  I'm very excited about where this is going.   I hope you will be too.

Here's what's new.  And here's a tour of what's what on the new site.  We'd love to hear your comments, either on the bottom of this blog post, on our Facebook page, or in an email to me directly.

The last few items are transitioning over as we speak.  I'm sure there will be a few bumps and interruptions in the transition, but please know that we're working through them all and all will be in order in the near future.

Thanks for your partnership.  I can't wait to see what God does with this!

I just got a chance to look at the new site. Looks great. I especially like the info under the Coaching tab. The audio under Why Coaching and the video of the coaching session are great ideas and very helpful! Good job!

Thanks Helen! We're adding a forwarder that allows for the old bookmark to work. Should be functional soon. Sorry for the hassle.

I've been tooling around the site and really like the new look. Great job. Congratulations. I think I will need to add a new bookmark since the old one says "error".
